About Us

Kelly’s Place is a family owned and operated day habilitation program, located in the country on three acres. We work together to promote a safe, healthy and active lifestyle through social interaction and all of the benefits of a country atmosphere. Each person will have the opportunity to care for animals, grow vegetables and enjoy nature, but may also enjoy a variety of activities in Sedalia and surrounding communities. It is important to us that everyone feels empowered to make choices, feels safe, and has privacy when they want it or social interaction if they prefer. Kelly’s Place works with caregivers and Service Coordinators to identify any barriers to our consumers’ developmental goals, and we tailor solutions to remove those barriers so they can continue to learn new skills.

Classes such as painting, yoga, cooking and music to reach a wide variety of interests and expose participants to new ideas or hobbies

Meet Kelly Sue Shull – sister, aunt and friend.

Her favorite days include swinging, riding her exercise bike, listening to music, playing with all kinds of animals and spending time with her family. These activities allow her to socialize and work on the goals she has for her life. We know that so many others have similar interests and deserve days filled with their favorite things. So, welcome to Kelly’s Place!

We started Kelly’s Place to honor our sister. But here, we are all family.
